The BIG day has arrived!

You will notice that I (John) am writing this during the night. Ann is staying at the hotel tonight and I am unable to sleep. We both hope that you all have a good time during the event - we certainly intend to enjoy every moment. SEE YOU THERE!

Wrong size

After loosing 2 and a half stones in weight John's ring did not fit correctly. We have now exchanged it for the correct size which is one size lower.
Ann's Dress

The Rings

We now have our rings and they have been stored in a safe place.

Now we have finished the Christmas and New Year festivities both of us sat down today and took stock of where we are with the arrangements. The first thing that amazed us was that it is now only 8 months before the day.
Notice to marry

We visited the Clitheroe registrar today to make notice that we wish to marry. This will be advertised over the next 16 days and if there are no objections then we will be free to marry within 12 months.
Entertainer Booked

Today we contacted and booked the entertainer who will be both singing and playing music during the evening. You will be able to dance on the disco floor to stretch your legs.
Best Man

John now has his best man for the day. This is going to be Graham Watkins who is a good friend from the dancing world whom John has known for over 30 years.
